Le Bao serves up a modern twist on the traditional Taiwanese Bao (a street food staple made from a fluffy soft steamed bun sliced open and filled with braised meat). Our buns are made with soy milk and stuffed with a variety of fresh and bold ingredients. Menu offerings are inspired by our favourite cuisines with a modern flare.
